We met in West Terre Haute and took a scenic route along Darwin Road in the river bottoms of the Wabash Valley. Our original lunch destination was Earl's in West Union. But after finding them closed, we headed up Route 1 to the Lincoln Trail Restaurant. The food & company were great.
